International students at ENSTA ParisTech
One key goal of ENSTA ParisTech's international policy is to offer the know-how of a French engineering institute, in French, to high-quality international students with strong potential for success in the industrial world.

"Diplôme d'ingénieur" (Master's degree in engineering) curriculum
International students can apply:
- as degree-seeking students: as independent students or in the frame of exchange agreements
- as visiting students (non degree-seeking) from partner universities: in the frame of exchange agreements

PhDs
The six laboratories at ENSTA ParisTech regularly welcome international students doing their doctoral thesis. Interested students should directly contact the relevant ENSTA ParisTech laboratory according to the project or the thesis subject envisaged.
Research internships
ENSTA ParisTech's laboratories also welcome international students doing a research internship for their Barchelor's or Master's degree's project.
There is no need to speak French for this type of stay; the internship can take place in English. Interested students should directly contact the relevant ENSTA ParisTech laboratory according to the project or the thesis subject envisaged. In parallel, students from partner universities who wish to be granted the status of an ENSTA student during the research internship should apply as internship students.
