Current projects
PACOM - Panoramic and Active Camera for Object Mapping
I'm the leader of this project funded by ANR which aims at developping a
robot for the CAROTTE
competition. We are integrating a robot with multiple sensors in order to
produce semantic maps of indoor environments that include objects and rooms
detected in an unknown environment.

MACSi - Motor Affective Cognitive Scaffolding for the iCub
I'm a workpackage leader of the MACSi project. In this ANR funded
project, we aim at implementing social and developmental learning of perception
capabilities on an iCub robot.

Visual Loop Closure Detection
In this internally funded project, we aimed at
developping visual navigation methods based on loop closure detection.

Past projects
Indoor navigation
In this project we
developped vision and learning approaches for indoor navigation. In particular,
we developped an incremental bag of visual words approach adapted to
interactive learning in robotics.
